Seth Stulen
Biography
Seth is responsible for facilitating Brown’s international partnership agreement processes and the cultivation of new global partner relationships. Seth also oversees the coordination of international delegation and dignitary visits to the University and manages the Office of Global Engagement’s global communications strategy.
Joining Brown in 2014, Seth previously served as the Program Manager for the Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Studies at the Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs, where he supported interdisciplinary research, training, and educational programs focused on disaster preparedness, humanitarian response, and global human rights. Prior to joining Brown, Seth’s work focused on participatory community development and natural resource management through positions with the Peace Corps in Panama and the Colombian Ministry of Environment.
Seth holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Connecticut College and a master's degree in Sustainable International Development from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University.
