Office of Global Engagement

Maria is the first point of contact in the Office of Global Engagement. In her role she is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support, as well as assisting the Director of Global Partnerships and Programs. 

Joining Brown in 1994, Maria previously worked as an Application Coordinator for 21 years in the Office of College Admission, an Administrative Coordinator for 5 years in the Study Abroad Office and most recently in her current position in the Office of Global Engagement. Maria attended Johnson & Wales University.  She is fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish.
